Very disappointed with product and staff
I have read all the reviews from having an allergic reaction to rude high pressure sales and experienced them all. I am out $472,50.
They state on their website 30 day money-back guarantee Nope the product has been opened,
How can you be happy or unhappy when you only have the product on for a short time in the store to try the product to see if it works. You purchase and do not have the same reactions you did in the store but have opened your products at home and cannot be refunded because they have been opened.
How does that work? I used the product once woke up and my eyes were almost swollen shut, they responded that's impossible the products are hypoallergenic, and I am being sketchy and unreasonable and then hung up on!!!, My daughter is allergic to a hypoallergenic dog we bought we were refunded for the dog no problem.
My advice to you the consumer STAY AWAY they are worse than a time share.

Do not fall for their high pressured sales.
I have contacted the Texas Attorney General Consumer Affairs department and filed an official complaint. I contacted the BBB and there has been no resolution either. As this location is a franchise and the corporate office cannot and will not help facilitate the complaint.

Always trying to upsell and slowly lowering price until you give in, wont take no for an answer, always adding products to your bag even with someone saying no I cant, always trying to re sell you product after you clearly have said no. don't state upon purchase that there are no refunds only exchanges until you see the small sign taped at the register I seen one sales lady grabbing a gentleman by his bag pulling him into the store this is not how you sell a product its purely disgusting and repulsive to run sales like this. I know I was scammed for no telling how much and I know I cant fight it because of the sign stating no refunds only exchanges and its on the receipt as well.
