I purchased the product on June 27 at Triangle East Mall after the sales associate gave me a facial. I had a terrible allergic reaction to the product and had to spend 24 hours in the hospital.

I returned to the store in the mall on July 1st to return the products. The sales associate, Ofir, informed me to email customer service. I emailed then and they called me back telling me I had to prove I had an allergic reaction either send them a doctor's note or a copy of my bill from the hospital. What a crock of crap!!!

I want my money back!! These people are crooks.
