Aggressive, friendly predatory salesmen
On Mar.23, 2018 atBeachwood Place Mall in Beachwood, Ohio I was approached to sample cream for wrinkle firming on eyes and face. Yes, I purchased products and promised a free facial.
I returned for facial, but was hard pressed to purchase more products and blue light therapy and red light therapy. There were no signs or stated purchase policies of NO Returns, exchanges within 2 weeks UPFRONT.
In spite of me telling of my purchase limits, more products pushed at discounts. When I contacted salesmen after purchase, I was told to return to store and "see what we can do." More agression to buy more, no refund or compromise.
I feel poor business practices and relationship to unhappy customer practices by this company, in spite of returning within 2 weeks. Scammed out of thousands of dollars!

I actually had a really good experience in McAllen, TX! Products are great, the staff was so nice and courteous.
I also received a facial with my friend that day, became VIP! I purchased the gold cream, the eye serum for my mom and I don't remember the name of the other creams. I use the hydrating cream every day and my face is softer than before. I came across a review that mentioned that they had to show them their ID...kinda odd, I didn't have too.
Maybe you do have to show it if the purchase is over 2k? Not sure to be honest.
If you're in the McAllen area, ask for Paul. He's ya guyyyyy.

JULY 27TH 2017 i was in cooks town outlet mall in Barrie Ontario going to Toronto when i passed by the adore store and a young handsome man applied some moisturizing cream on my had. He asked me into the store sat me down and placed my bag on another chair.
He was charming and pleasant untill it was time to make the purchase wich i clearly told him it was too much money for me. He reduced the price from $1500.00 to $700.00 but i insisted even $500.00 would be too much for me to spend on this products. He brought out a calculator and asked me how much i spend on soap makeup and lotion. He calculated the cost i gave hime multipied it by 24months coz thats how long his product was supposed to last me before i go out shopping again.
To be honest i was almost buying esp the peel but when he pulled that stant i backed away. They started talking in yidish or so i think coz u had told me he is based in LA and he was only here for product training. It was a thursday he'd be going back on Saturday. He got mad and told me he cant believe he wasted his time on me and next time i should go buy online.
He told me I'd never get a good deal like the one he was offering me. He said he would not ever want to deal with me. I felt so bad and i really wanted the product if at all it did as good as they say. I walked away half broken confused and sad i couldn't focus on my drive back home.
I kept on thinking about the products and looking at my finances thinking of what i could sacrifise so u can go back and buy a full set. Others that day had spent over 15000 and 20000 . 700 was a drop in the bucket plus all the other offers it was a steal. I wanted to call and apologize And may be drug my sister along so that way i could make uo for my indecision and they'd make twice the sales.
Today is August 7 i have since done my research on Adore cosmetics and am at aww.
They are a scam. I am so happy i did not fall for their tactics.
Horrible
SCAM: Targets mentally ill, elderly, and autistic people and coerces them with high sales tactics to buy overpriced, fake products.
COMPLETE SCAM. My friend is mentally ill with bipolar, depression and anxiety.
They dragged her into the store because she was too timid to tell them no. They used high-pressure sales tactics and coerced her into buying $3200 worth of products. They target elderly, mentally ill, and autistic people and take advantage of their vulnerabilities. It's completely deplorable.
They have no conscience. Also, they mention no refunds after the purchase is made. Made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau - They have an F rating and is not even accredited. I can't believe they are still allowed to run their business.
Do not come here! Stay away!
Preferred solution: Full refund
Adore Cosmetics Skin Care Review
This company is a SCAM. They recruit young Israelis and promise them Student Visas for training in countries like Canada and the US.
They train them well before they leave - everything from what to say to at the border to how to be a relentless, agressive sales person. They promise them a decent wage plus commission and housing, and they know the products are expensive, so they are lured by that as well as usually knowing ir hearing of others who made a ton of money inna few months. Once they arrive they are put to work in store fronts and kiosks in prestigious malls for 12 hours a day where their only pay is from commission. This makes them even more desperate and aggressive.
They lure people in by offering them free samples, sometimes they hand over a fancy bag full of tissue, and you don't realize it's just a few packets of cheap hand cream until you leave. Next they will try to put their face creams on you and offer you a free facial. Finally, they will talk you into buying as many of their items as possible, promising a full money back guarantee (which is a lie). There are no prices or ingredient lists to be found either.
The price is whatever you agree to pay. They also will not have items in stock and say they will ship it to you. The receipt you get has NO REFUNDS stamped on it despite the verbal money back guarantee and there is very little you can do to stop them from taking your money. They love to prey on seniors and people with disabilities.
The products are also questionable and many have caused damage to the skin. I've been to one of their stores and the hand cream they give you from a tube is NOT the product you have in the tiny packet, but that's what you'll get if you agree to pay $90 for it. There are other company names owned by the same scam company, ie. Deep Sea Cosmetics, plus many more (I've found 8 so far).
This is being investigated by many including Homeland Security. They are coming on student or recreational Visas but working/scamming and leaving with wads (up to $40,000.00) of illegally obtained, tax free money from our countries. What can you do? First, if you know of a occasion where this company is operating, complain to the mall management.
Next, share any information you have with Wendy Vincent, who is coordinating information between the many agencies working on the Dead Sea fraud cases. If your mall does nothing, pass along the information to your local newspaper.
If you see their products online, leave a comment to warn people. Wendy Vincent can be reached via vincentwm@***.gov.

Was at Tanger Outlet in Cookstown, Ontario doing some Christmas shopping when I was pulled into the store and the sale lady who was very charming started putting cream on one side of my face. Everything was happening very fast and with lots of chatter and with intense pressure sales tactics.
I eventually gave in and bought the cream. Well then I am whisked to the back room for a facial. All the while she did lots of talking, telling me how much she wanted me as her client. She then started putting another package together which was going to cost me another $400.
Yes, crazy I am and I tried many times to say no. She worked out a finance plan where I could pay monthly. She kept telling me to keep it a secret and do not say how she gave me the biggest discount. Everything was happening so fast and can't believe I got sucked into $800 worth of products.
I left the mall feeling beaten up and my face was burning. What they do is once you purchase their product they tell you they will text or email the instructions on how to use the products. This is a sales tactic to keep you interested so you don't change your mind. They also try to befriend you so you would feel guilty to end the relationship.
Yes pretty crazy behaviour to buy a product. Anyways get in my car, face is burning and I couldn't wait to get home and wash it off. My face was burning the next day as well. That evening when I got home I texted her saying I wanted a refund but she said there is no refund.
When she gave me the bill, she she folded it twice and stuck in the bag so I wouldn't see she (Michelle) had stamped it with no refund, exchange only. Words were exchanged and I told her I was coming to the store next day after work. I got in touch with Tanger outlet manager who was very nice and understanding. She made sure Adore cosmetics gave me my refund.
This could have gone a lot worse but thankfully it worked out in my favour. What a learning experience.
They are scammers so please stay away from them. They are very dishonest and their products are not organic and toxic to your skin.

Same to me awful people!
I also had problems at Beachwood! I was walking by and a 20 something woman ran out, gave me a bag and when I went into the store she put cleanser on my arm.
The cleanser of course picked up some debris from my arm! Evidence that I was just filthy!
(The debris was the same color as the cleanser) I decided to leave then I got a sob story-it was her first day, she just got here from Israel, and then she tried to sell me two other items. Hate these high-pressure tactics.
On July 31 was walking by adore cosmetics and was given a sample to take, I took it and said thanks, he invited me in , I said I was in a hurry, he insisted, he said that it was just for a second he had to show me something, soon as I walked in I felt trapped not given a choice right away he's applying cream around my eye without even asking if he could. Starts telling me look at the difference gave me a mirror and I said I don't see a difference, he said there was so he offered me the Lionesse syringe for $399.00, I said No, too much, I was about to leave and he said wait, I'll give it to you for 1/2 price, $199.00, again I said no, too much $, than the female took over takes a bag puts the merchandise in it plus a free gift of a soap bar and felt extremely pressured to purchase the item.
Then she said $120.00 family discount, I wanted to leave but felt very pressured so I made the purchase.
When I got home I realized that I would have not bout this product if I didn't feel pressured. Not a positive experience, don't except free samples, it's a lure to sell you more as soon as you walk in the door.
I went for free facial at a different location and all it was was more hard pressure sales. I didn't buy any more stuff.
